It is not a widespread variety in the world, as it is suitable for colder climatic conditions. This is reflected in its character with exceptional, fresh acids. Thanks to them, it can mature for several years and the taste will remain fresh.
We recommend serving at 10 - 12 °C. Maturing potential 2 years.
