It is not a widely spread variety in the world, as it thrives in cooler climatic conditions. This is reflected in its character with exceptional, fresh acidity. Thanks to this, it can age for several years while the taste remains fresh.
We recommend serving at 10 - 12 °C. Aging potential 2 years.
