The grapes of this rarely cultivated new hybrid Your Dream (Pinot Gris x Leánka x Riesling) were harvested at optimal technological ripeness. The ideal balance of acidity and natural sugars allowed for processing under reductive conditions with six months of aging on the lees.

10% of the wine aged for 6 months in new wooden barrels made from a combination of acacia and oak, which further enriches the entire structure of the wine with fine tannins and highlights the fruity tones.

The wine has a vibrant yellow-green color. The aroma captivates with a multi-layered palette of tones of citrus fruits with hints of ripe apricots and sage. It is complemented by notes of orange peel and freshly picked summer pears, confirming a full taste in the mouth upon swallowing. The finish of the wine is concluded with a delightful citrus-mineral undertone.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 - 10 °C. Bottle aging 3 - 5 years.
