Giusti Pinot Grigio DOC Venezie Longheri

Experience this dry white Italian wine Giusti Pinot Grigio DOC Venezie Longheri. It is made only from the finest clusters of grapes of the Pinot Grigio variety, sourced from the Longheri vineyards in the Veneto region – a wine-growing area of the Montello and Asolo, Italy.

The technology used for production was white vinification. Primary fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. The wine is aged for an extended period in contact with the lees and is regularly stirred until it is ready for bottling.

Ideal with light appetizers, soups, vegetable risotto, and fish dishes.
Serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.

Color: straw yellow with a bright reflection
