Le Contesse Chardonnay IGT Marca Trevigiana is a white Italian wine made from Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked in the Sinistra Piave wine region, Italy (elevation 40 m above sea level).
It is produced with several hours of initial cold maceration followed by pressing and clarifying the must through cold static decantation. The wine then ferments with selected yeasts and at the end of this process, it is filtered and left to mature in steel tanks. After bottling, it ages in controlled conditions for several more months.
Color: light straw yellow
Aroma: fruity with notes of yellow apples, unripe fruit, and flax flowers
Palate: lively, tasty, and persistent
Serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C.

Di Camillo Vini is a family business in the Italian region of Abruzzo for over 100 years. Initially, only a very small amount of wine was produced, which was supplied mainly to regular customers.
The straw-yellow Passerina Bianco from the Terre de Chieti vineyard stands out with a wonderfully fragrant bouquet with fruity flavors of apples and jasmine. In taste, Sodera Passerina scores with a fresh and full flavor, gentle acidity, and a mineral finish.

La Buse dal Lôf al Lupo Pinot Bianco is a remarkable dry white Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Made from the popular grape variety Pinot Blanco (Pinot Grigio), from the Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are hand-picked in August, then macerated for 10-12 hours and fermented for 15 days. The wine remains in contact with noble lees for 4 months and undergoes a specific bâtonnage program. It is refined in the bottle for 2 months.
We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Ideal with light appetizers, soups, or egg-based dishes. Residual sugar content 3 g/l.
