Di Camillo Tenute del Pojo Sodera Passerina
White, dry, Italian wine Di Camillo Tenute del Pojo Sodera Passerina, wine-growing region Chieti, Abruzzo, Terre di Chieti Pecorino I.G.P., grape variety 100% Passerina.
Passerina is an indigenous grape variety grown in Italian wine regions Abruzzo, Lazio, and Marche. The berries of this excellent white grape are relatively small and are often eaten by sparrows, which is where its name comes from.
Di Camillo Vini is a family business in the Italian region of Abruzzo for over 100 years. Initially, only a very small amount of wine was produced, which was supplied mainly to regular customers.
The straw-yellow Passerina Bianco from the Terre de Chieti vineyard stands out with a wonderfully fragrant bouquet with fruity flavors of apples and jasmine. In taste, Sodera Passerina scores with a fresh and full flavor, gentle acidity, and a mineral finish.
We recommend serving with pasta, salads, fish, and risotto.
