Di Camillo Rocca Antica Negroamaro Salento
Di Camillo Rocca Antica Negroamaro Salento is a vibrant Italian red wine from the southern region of Puglia, specifically from the sunny Salento peninsula, the birthplace of the Negroamaro grape.
The Di Camillo winery, operating since 1890, combines traditional techniques with modern winemaking to create wines that highlight varietal purity and the authentic character of southern Italy.
Negroamaro is known for its dark fruit, subtle spicy notes and pleasant hint of bitterness, after which the variety is named (“negro” – black, “amaro” – slightly bitter). The grapes ripen under the intense Salento sun, giving the wine fullness, soft tannins and a rounded texture.
Wine Rocca Antica is vinified with the goal of preserving fruitiness, juiciness and the warm Mediterranean character typical of Salento. The result is a harmonious, smooth and highly drinkable red wine suitable for everyday enjoyment or pairing with Italian cuisine.
