La Buse dal Lôf In Boca al Lupo Pinot Bianco

La Buse dal Lôf al Lupo Pinot Bianco is a remarkable white dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Made from the popular Pinot Blanco (Pinot Noir) grape variety, Friuli Colli Orientali. The grapes are harvested manually in August, then macerated for 10-12 hours and fermented for 15 days. The wine stays in contact with the noble sludge for 4 months and is subject to a specific packaging program. The bottle is refined for 2 months.

We recommend serving chilled at 10-12 °C. Ideal for lean starters, soups or egg-based meals. Residual sugar content 3 g/l.
