La Buse dal Lôf Ribolla Gialla is a dry white Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. The grape variety Ribolla Gialla, from the Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on clay-sandy soil and are hand-picked in the second week of September. It macerates for 10-12 hours and ferments for 15 days. The wine remains with noble lees for 4 months and undergoes a specific bâtonnage program. It is refined in the bottle for 2 months.
We recommend serving chilled at a temperature of 10-12 °C. The wine pairs well with soups, creamy sauces, and fish. Residual sugar content is 4 g/l.
