Description

La Buse dal Lôf Ribolla Gialla is a white dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Ribolla Gialla grape variety, Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil and harvested by hand in the second week of September. It is macerated for 10-12 hours and fermented for 15 days. The wine stays with the noble sludge for 4 months and is subject to a specific packaging program. It is refined in a bottle for 2 months.

We recommend serving chilled at 10-12 °C. The wine goes with soups, cream sauces and fish. Residual sugar content 4 g/l.

Aroma: delicate floral scent of botanical rose, hawthorn, daisies and small wild flowers, tones of citrus and minerals
Taste: it copies the scent, Riboll is characterized by lively acidity accompanied by a ubiquitous taste
