Description
Experience the exquisite pink extra dry Italian prosecco Giusti Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry "Rosalia".
This is a pink sparkling wine made from two beautiful varieties: 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir). The Glera grapes come from the estate "Rosalia" Nervesa della Battaglia and the Pinot Nero grapes from the estate "Case Bianche" Volpago del Montello.
Under the Pinot Nero vineyards lies alluvial soil with a good texture of coarse gravel and sand, deposited there millions of years ago by the Piave River. The Glera vineyards are trained using the Sylvoz system with variable density.
We recommend serving chilled at 6-8 °C.
