Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is an extra dry prosecco (Italian white sparkling wine) with a controlled and protected designation of origin.

It is made from the best bunches of Glera grapes from the Aria Valentina vineyard (wine-growing region Veneto – mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo hills, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy). It is excellent as an aperitif, but also pairs well with food. It is a great choice for any important occasion.

The wine's effervescence is appropriately volatile, delicate, and persistent. The bouquet is intense and fruity with notes of yellow apples and lemons, floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. The taste is fresh, well-structured, and pleasantly harmonious on the palate with a well-balanced sweetness.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C. Store in a cool place, away from sunlight and heat sources.
