Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut

Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is a dry prosecco with controlled and protected origin. It is made from the best Glera grape bunches from the Aria Valentina vineyard (wine-growing region Veneto – mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo hills, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy).

Perlage: moderately volatile, fine, and persistent
Color: light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: intense and fruity with notes of yellow apples and lemons, floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers
Taste: pleasantly acidic, fresh, well-structured, and pleasantly harmonious on the palate

It pairs excellently as an aperitif, but also with food. It is a great choice for any special occasion.
Serve chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C.
