Description
A pleasant Italian wine Giusti Sauvignon Nepis Veneto, which is made from the grape variety, Sauvignon Nepis, Incrocio Manzoni Bianco and Chardonnay. The vines were planted and grew in a medium structured red soil.
Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Once complete, the wine was placed on lees and stirred periodically until ready for bottling. We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 10°C.
It goes perfectly with starters such as San Daniele ham and melon or first courses such as spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and basil. Store in a cool place out of sunlight and heat.
