Juraj Zápražný Sauvignon 2025 is a quality varietal white dry wine with a protected designation of origin, produced in the South Slovak Wine Region – Nová Vieska. The Sauvignon variety is known for its fresh and aromatic expression, which fully develops in the favorable conditions of this area.
The aroma is dominated by notes of gooseberries, citrus, and freshly mown grass, complemented by subtle herbal nuances. The taste is dry, fresh, and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity and a mineral finish that highlights the character of the terroir.
