Description
Juraj Zápražný Sauvignon 2025 is a quality varietal dry white wine with protected designation of origin, produced in the South Slovak wine region – Nová Vieska. The Sauvignon grape variety is known for its fresh and aromatic character, which fully develops under the favourable conditions of this area.
The nose is dominated by notes of gooseberry, citrus fruits, and freshly cut grass, complemented by subtle herbal nuances. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh, and harmonious, with pleasant acidity and a mineral finish that highlights the character of the terroir.
It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, goat cheese, salads, and lighter poultry dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 8 – 10 °C.
