Juraj Zápražný

Juraj Zápražný founded his company in 1999 and thus continues the family tradition he took over from his father.

The family company manages several hectares of its own vineyards and buys other grapes from winegrowers from the Malokarpatska, Nitra and South Slovak regions. The main varieties of this winery are Riesling vlašský, Veltlínske zelené, Rizling rýnsky and Rulandské biele. In addition to these varieties, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir are also processed.

Juraj Zápražný from Vinosadov is one of the youngest and most successful representatives of Slovak wine modernity. It quickly established itself on the market mainly thanks to its philosophy, the main element of which is the pursuit of the highest possible quality of produced juices. Wines with the Juraj Zápražný label belong to the top on the Slovak market, they score at international exhibitions.
