Description
Slovak red dry varietal wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Variety Alibernet, South Slovak wine region, village Rubáň.
The aroma reveals notes of graphite, violets, and unripe poppy seeds. The opulent taste is interwoven with the juiciness of stone fruits, blackcurrants, and dark chocolate. After breathing in the glass, the wine changes its "dress," becoming soft and velvety.
This is a very tasty vegan wine, which we recommend serving at a temperature of 14 to 16°C. The sugar content of the grapes at harvest was 24° NM.
Bottled maturity 2-8 years. Recommended storage at 10 - 12°C.
