Juraj Zápražný Sauvignon 2021

Slovak white dry wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Grape variety Sauvignon, vintage 2021, South Slovak wine region - Jasová.
The wine has a clear color with a greenish rim, complemented by an expressive aroma of black currants, elderflower, juicy peaches, and a hint of nettle in the finish. The taste is accompanied by ripe white currants, red gooseberries, and nettle, which can sting even a refined palate. Don't forget the spicy acidity in the finish. We recommend it with white meat and various types of pasta.
We recommend serving and storing at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C. Sugar content of the grapes at harvest 20.50° NM. The wine is vegan.
