Juraj Zápražný Pálava 2025 is a Slovak dry white wine with a protected designation of origin, produced in the South Slovak Wine Region – the village of Nová Vieska. The Pálava variety is known for its distinctive aromatic profile and elegant expression, which develops to full intensity in local conditions.
The wine offers a rich aroma with notes of flowers, muscat, and subtle spices, complemented by hints of ripe fruit. The taste is dry, harmonious, and fresh, with pleasant acidity and a longer aromatic finish.
It pairs excellently with Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, poultry, soft cheeses, or as an aperitif. The recommended serving temperature is 8 – 10 °C.
