Giusti Recantina Augusto DOC Montello

Giusti Recantina Augusto DOC Montello is an Italian dry red wine made from the finest grapes of the Recantina variety, sourced from the Emily and Aria Valentina estates in the Montello wine region, Italy. The wine ages for 12 to 14 months in Slavonian oak barrels after fermentation.

Color: intense and bright ruby, excellently transparent
Aroma: intense with fruity notes of red plums and blackcurrants, floral notes of violets and cyclamen, mossy and mineral tones of freshly tilled soil
Taste: light and velvety, sweet tannins and a finish with pleasant acidity

This wine pairs well with red meat and game, duck breast, roasted guinea fowl, and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C in wide glasses. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
