Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut by Graziana Grassini - Winemaker
Italian extra dry white wine Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut by Graziana Grassini - Enologist, made from the finest bunches of Glera grapes. Vineyard Aria Valentina (wine-growing region Veneto – hilly area of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy). The soil of the vineyard has a medium texture with clay and a typical red color.
The wine is produced by fermenting the varietal white grapes without skins. The first fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, and the second fermentation occurs in pressure tanks at low temperature.
It is excellent as an aperitif, for toasting during special moments. It pairs perfectly with octopus risotto, sea bass carpaccio, and salads with olives. We recommend serving at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
