Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh 2025
Choose the right glasses and cheese delicacies to perfectly complement its flavour.
Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh 2025 is a dry white wine from the Tajna winery, known for its emphasis on the purity of varietal expression and a modern, fresh style of wines.
The wine is made from carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes, processed gently to preserve its natural aroma and freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, which enhances the fruity and herbal character of the wine.
At first glance, the wine captivates with its bright green-yellow color, which appears fresh. The aroma reveals an attractive fruity bouquet, intertwining notes of red grapefruit, fresh currant, and characteristic gooseberry pulp.
The taste is distinctly juicy, harmonious, and full of vibrant fruit nuances, with dominant accents reminiscent of ripe currant and refreshing citrus delicacy.
The finish is clean, refreshing, and elegant, with a citrus aftertaste. Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh is the perfect wine as an aperitif, with light dishes, salads, fish, seafood, or goat cheese. Best enjoyed well chilled.
