The wine comes from carefully cultivated organic vineyards of the Tajna winery. The organic approach ensures an authentic varietal character and preserves natural aromas, reflecting the terroir, soil, and local climate.

The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and mineral character. After fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled in 2024.
