The wine is made from 100% Glera variety. The grapes are carefully harvested from the best hillside vineyards with optimal sun exposure. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the grapes. Secondary fermentation using the Charmat method in pressure tanks ensures fine and lasting bubbles in the wine.
