The exceptional Italian sparkling wine Vigna Rampante Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Selvatico is a celebration of elegance and joie de vivre. With a brilliant mousse and a fine, persistent effervescence, this prosecco turns any occasion into an unforgettable experience.

The Glera grapes are carefully harvested by hand during the first fourteen days of September in the Colli Asolani region. After soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is fermented a second time using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks for approximately 40 days, at a temperature of 12 - 13 °C. This process preserves its fresh aromatic character and delicate bubbles.

Selvatico is an ideal choice for an exclusive aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers, fresh salads and light fish dishes. Its balanced profile makes it the perfect companion for festive occasions.
