The exceptional Italian sparkling wine Vigna Rampante Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Selvatico is a celebration of elegance and the joy of life. With its brilliant foam and fine, persistent effervescence, this prosecco transforms every occasion into an unforgettable experience.
Glera grapes are carefully hand-picked during the first fourteen days of September in the Colli Asolani region. After soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures, the wine undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method in pressure tanks for about 40 days, at a temperature of 12 - 13 °C. This process preserves its fresh aromaticity and delicate bubbles.
Selvatico is the perfect choice for an exclusive aperitif or as a pairing with appetizers, fresh salads, and light fish dishes. Its balanced profile makes it an ideal companion for festive occasions.
