Description
Porta Leone Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut is an Italian rosé sparkling wine made from Pinot Nero and Glera grapes. The crop is harvested by hand at the end of August in the Treviso wine-growing region in northern Italy (50 m above sea level). Fermentes in a pressure vessel with selected yeast. It is filled into bottles and then left to mature for several weeks in a prepared warehouse.
Beading: soft and long
Color: light and light pink
Aroma: fruit tones with a hint of tropical fruit
Taste: fresh and slightly robust
Excellent as an aperitif in combination with fish, seafood or delicate meat dishes and cheeses. It is best administered at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
