Porta Leone Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry
Porta Leone Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is an extra dry Italian white prosecco made from Glera grapes. This harvest is hand-picked in mid-September in the Treviso region of northern Italy (elevation 200 m above sea level). It ferments in a pressure tank with selected yeasts. It is bottled and then allowed to age for several weeks in a controlled warehouse.
Perlage: fine and long
Color: pale yellow
Aroma: fruity notes with hints of apple, pear, and flowers
Taste: refreshing, fruity, slightly bitter
Excellent as an aperitif. Due to its versatility, it is a suitable wine for any occasion. Try it with fish dishes. Best served at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
