Description
Porta Leone Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut Biologico is an Italian white wine made from Glera grapes. This harvest is hand-picked on the 10th of September in the Treviso wine region in northern Italy (elevation 40 m above sea level). It ferments in a pressure tank with selected yeasts. It is bottled and then allowed to mature for several weeks in a controlled warehouse.
Perlage: fine and long
Color: pale straw-yellow
Aroma: fruity notes of golden apple, Williams pear, floral notes of acacia flower and wisteria
Taste: spicy, fresh and harmonious, very elegant.
Excellent as an aperitif. Due to its versatility, it is a suitable wine for any occasion. Best served at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
