Vigna Rampante Prosecco DOC Treviso Masiere Brut
Vigna Rampante Prosecco DOC Treviso Masiere Brut comes from the Montebelluna area in Italy and is made exclusively from Glera grapes. The grapes are harvested during the first fifteen days of September.
The production process involves white wine vinification with soft pressing and clean fermentation at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat (Martinotti) method with selected local yeasts. This process lasts approximately 30 days at a temperature of 12 – 13 °C in an autoclave, achieving its fine structure and exceptional quality. The wine has an alcohol content of 12 %, residual sugar of 10.5 g/l and total acidity of 7 g/l, giving it a perfectly balanced character.
Visually, it impresses with a delicate yellow to creamy color, rich foam, and fine, silky bubbles. The aroma is gentle and intense, dominated by notes of white fruits such as pears and apples. The taste is spicy and strong, with exceptional balance and harmonious structure. The finish is clean and dry, leaving a refreshing sensation on the palate.
This Prosecco is best served chilled at a temperature of 6 – 8 °C, where its sensory properties shine. It is the perfect companion for celebrations or as an elegant complement to light dishes.
