Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut by Le Contesse is an elegant Italian sparkling wine from the Treviso area in the heart of the Veneto region, made from the traditional Glera grape variety. It is true Italian Prosecco, distinguished by its purity, freshness, and harmonious character. Fermentation occurs using the Charmat method, which ensures the fine and lasting bubbles typical of quality sparkling wines. This is a white sparkling wine made from the finest bunches of Glera grapes from vineyards located in the wine-growing region of Veneto, Piave Marca Trevigiana area, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia (Italy), in the vineyards of the estate "Rosalia".
The vinification process of the white wine includes: soft pressing of destemmed grapes, clarification of the obtained must, and subsequent fermentation with selected yeasts at very low temperatures. This is followed by prise de mousse in autoclave.
Under the vineyards, there is medium-heavy soil with the presence of skeleton. The Glera vineyards produce wine using the Sylvoz system with variable density.
It is excellent as an aperitif, for toasting during special moments, but also for enjoying during meals.
Serve at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C.

Vigna Rampante Prosecco DOC Treviso Masiere Brut comes from the Montebelluna area in Italy and is made exclusively from Glera grapes. The grapes are harvested during the first fifteen days of September.
The production process involves white wine vinification with soft pressing and clean fermentation at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat (Martinotti) method with selected local yeasts. This process lasts approximately 30 days at a temperature of 12 – 13 °C in an autoclave, achieving its fine structure and exceptional quality. The wine has an alcohol content of 12 %, residual sugar of 10.5 g/l and total acidity of 7 g/l, giving it a perfectly balanced character.
Visually, it impresses with a delicate yellow to creamy color, rich foam, and fine, silky bubbles. The aroma is gentle and intense, dominated by notes of white fruits such as pears and apples. The taste is spicy and strong, with exceptional balance and harmonious structure. The finish is clean and dry, leaving a refreshing sensation on the palate.
This Prosecco is best served chilled at a temperature of 6 – 8 °C, where its sensory properties shine. It is the perfect companion for celebrations or as an elegant complement to light dishes.
