Balan is an Italian wine brand that has embodied quality and tradition in winemaking since 1962. Its founder, Sergio Balan, drew on the experience gained from working with his father Giuseppe and grandfather Geremia, who were known for their enthusiasm for winemaking. During World War II, Giuseppe had to leave the family business, and his role was taken over by his wife Rosa Stella. Sergio gained his first winemaking experience in 1966 in his home garage, where it all began and which still stands in front of the company headquarters in Trebaseleghe near Venice. This headquarters has gradually expanded to 3,600 m² and is surrounded by five hectares of vineyards.

The success of Balan is the result of the tireless work of four generations. Sergio achieved his successes thanks to the support of his wife Attilia and the hard work of his sons Fabio and Daniele, who now run the company.

Thanks to a constant effort for innovation, synergies between production and distribution, collaboration with significant producers, and an inexhaustible passion for wine, Balan has become one of the key players in the Italian wine market. The brand offers a wide range of products including red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines that appeal to both experienced connoisseurs and newcomers to the world of wine.
