Balan Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Balan Cabernet Sauvignon is a red, dry, Italian wine. It comes from the vineyards of S. Ambrogio di Trebaseleghe, a vineyard around Balan, in an area that has always been known as 'Grion'. The wine is vintage 2021. The grape variety is 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon.

It is two different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon vinified together. Fermentation in cement tanks. Aged for 6 months in barriques (one third of the barrels are new, the others have been used two or three times before). Three months of maturation in bottle. It is recommended to continue this maturation.

Recommended to serve with roasted red meat, game, pasta with meat sauce and aged cheese.

Aroma and taste: leather, blackberries, coffee, vanilla, rosemary
