Description
Balan Cabernet Franc is a red, dry, Italian wine. It comes from vineyards in the DOC Grave del Friuli area, which is characterized by medium-heavy clay soils. The grape variety is 100% Cabernet Franc.
The grape skins are macerated for 5 to 6 days. Refinement takes place in cement tanks and lasts at least 6 months. Immediately after, the wine is bottled.
We recommend serving it with red meat, liver, game, and aged cheeses.
