Sandeman Medium Sweet Sherry

Sandeman Sherry Medium Sweet ages in its own solera system in small oak barrels. The wines selected immediately after harvest slowly acquire a copper amber and rich golden color. Over time, they develop a delicate complexity, being round and strong with beautiful richness. Dark copper amber colors with flashes of aged gold. The freshness and mild complexity of the oloroso balance the velvety richness and fullness of this wine. It is well-balanced with a very fine and velvety aftertaste and a clean finish. It should be stored upright, away from intense light, and at a constant temperature of 10 °C - 20 °C. Sandeman Sherry Medium Sweet can be consumed immediately, decanting is not necessary. After opening, it lasts up to 8 weeks. It pairs well with desserts, cakes, ice creams, chocolate, or even blue cheese. With ice, it is a dessert in itself.
