Sandeman Sherry Medium Sweet matures in its own solera system in small oak barrels. The wines selected immediately after harvest slowly acquire a copper amber and deep golden color. Over time, they develop a subtle complexity, they are round and strong with beautiful richness. Dark copper amber color with flashes of wilted gold. The freshness and mild complexity of olorosa balances the velvety richness and fullness of this wine. It is well balanced with a very delicate and velvety aftertaste and a clean finish. Stands should be stored away from intense light and at a constant temperature of 10 ° C - 20 ° C. Sandeman Sherry Medium Sweet can be consumed immediately, no decantation required. Once opened, it lasts up to 8 weeks. It goes well with desserts, cakes, ice cream, chocolate or even blue cheese. With ice, it's a dessert in itself.
