Sandeman Medium Dry Sherry

Sandeman Sherry Medium Dry ages in its own solera system in small casks. The light wines selected immediately after harvest slowly develop into shades of medium golden amber. They become richer and slightly complex. Later, a small amount of sweet sherry is blended in, creating a beautifully medium dry character with just a hint of sweetness. Sandeman Sherry Medium Dry is medium aromatic with an amber color of copper and gold, and it is very harmonious on the palate. A pleasant touch of sweetness gives way to nutty flavors and a long clean finish. It should be stored upright, away from intense light, and at a constant temperature of 10 °C - 20 °C. Sandeman Sherry Medium Dry can be consumed immediately, decanting is not necessary. Serve chilled, between 10 °C - 12 °C. Once opened, it lasts up to 8 weeks. Thanks to its freshness, it is excellent as a chilled aperitif or on the rocks. It also pairs well with pâtés, smoked meats, and hearty seafood soups, as well as with certain cheeses. With a splash of soda, it makes a good long drink.
