Sandeman Sherry Medium Dry matures in its own solera system in small barrels. Light wines selected immediately after harvest slowly develop into the colors of medium-golden amber. They become richer and slightly more complex. Later, a small amount of sweet sherry is mixed in, which creates a wonderfully medium-dry character with only a small touch of sweetness. Sandeman Sherry Medium Dry is medium aromatic with an amber color of copper and gold and is very harmonious in taste. A pleasant touch of sweets gives way to nutty flavors and a long clean finish from the first moment. Stands should be stored away from intense light and at a constant temperature of 10 ° C - 20 ° C. Sandeman Sherry Medium Dry can be consumed immediately, no decantation required. Serve chilled, between 10 ° C - 12 ° C. Once opened, it lasts up to 8 weeks. Thanks to its freshness, it is excellent as a chilled aperitif or with ice. It is also suitable for pâtés, smoked meat and thick seafood soups, as well as some cheeses. With a little soda, it's a good long drink.
