Sandeman Sherry Fino is a young Fino that ages in the solera system in small barrels for at least three years. This wine matures in the solera system under "flor" (a layer of yeast) to achieve a light straw yellow color with hints of green and gold.
Sandeman Sherry Fino, with its light straw yellow color and hints of green and gold, is light, fruity, and delicate on the palate with a fresh and dry finish. It should be stored upright, away from intense light, and at a constant temperature of 10 °C - 20 °C. Sandeman Sherry Fino can be consumed immediately, and decanting is not necessary. Once opened, it lasts up to 1 week.
