Castellino Bianco

Castellino Bianco is a sweet white vermouth (an aromatic wine-based drink) with a delicate transparent colour and an interesting spicy aroma – ideal as an aperitif before a meal or as an interesting addition to mixed drinks.

It is made from high-quality white wine, to which water, sugar, sugar cane spirit and spice extracts, including cardamom, are added. Natural flavourings and preservatives are also included, with an alcohol content of 10 % by volume.

This sweet Italian vermouth-style aperitif has a transparent colour, a distinctive spicy aroma and a harmoniously balanced flavour. Castellino Bianco can be enjoyed not only before meals, but also as an ingredient in mixed drinks.

Castellino belongs to the Les Grands Chais de France group, a family-owned company founded by Joseph Helfrich with the aim of promoting authentic French and foreign wines around the world. The product has strong links to the Italian-French wine-making tradition.

We recommend serving it with a slice of lemon at a temperature of 4 – 5 °C.
