Undone No.9 Not Vermouth is a modern non-alcoholic aperitif, serving as an alternative to red vermouth in mixed drinks. Officially labeled as Red Torino Aperitif 0.0 | Not Vermouth.
The base consists of a combination of non-alcoholic wine, wine distillate, natural aromas, caramel sugar, and citric acid. This gives it an aperitif character, aromatic and sweet-sour, with a subtle wine note and mild bitterness. The product is vegan, gluten-free and contains less than 0.3% alcohol.
It is best suited for non-alcoholic mixed drinks. UNDONE recommends it, for example, in the drink Dry Americano 0.0 combined with Undone No.7 Italian Bitter Aperitif 0.0, dry tonic, ice, and orange peel. Once opened, it is recommended to store it in a cool place and consume within 12 weeks.
