Undone No.25 Italian Spritz 0,7l

Undone No.25 Italian Spritz is a modern non-alcoholic spritz, combining the freshness of a lightly sparkling base with a pronounced aperitif character. Its flavor blends bitter orange, rhubarb, and herbs with the fruity lightness of green apple, white peach, and citrus.

The flavor profile is built on a balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitter notes, making it refreshing, sophisticated, and not overly sweet. The gentle fizz adds lightness, making it a ready-to-serve aperitif drink without the need to mix multiple ingredients.

Undone No.25 Italian Spritz shines best when well-chilled, served over ice with a slice of orange. It is suitable as a non-alcoholic alternative to the classic spritz for summer gatherings, aperitifs, or as a light drink in a modern non-alcoholic menu.
