Undone No.7 Not Orange Bitter

Undone No.7 Not Orange Bitter is a modern non-alcoholic aperitif inspired by the style of Italian orange bitter aperitifs. It combines a fresh orange character, herbal bitterness, and a sweet-sour balance, making it particularly suitable for mixed drinks and non-alcoholic spritzes.

Its profile consists of a combination of bitter herb extract, orange juice concentrate, orange extract, natural flavors, citric acid, and caramel sugar. The result is an aromatic aperitif with notes of orange, citrus freshness, gentle bitterness, and a spicy-herbal finish.

Undone No.7 Not Orange Bitter shines in simple drinks with ice and a refreshing mixer. It works well, for example, with bitter lemon, grapefruit juice, tonic, or soda, or as a base for a non-alcoholic spritz garnished with orange or grapefruit.
