The Bitter Truth Celery has a very unusual and interesting main ingredient. It is celery, which was extinct for several decades. Fortunately, it has been successfully revived. The Bitter Truth was the first in the world to start producing celery bitters. This ingredient enriches cocktails with unusual savory flavors. It has a rich aroma of white grapes, Sencha tea, lemongrass, celery leaf, and fresh ginger. We recommend enjoying it in a Bloody Mary, Red Snapper, Bullshot, Prairie Oyster, and for the classics in a Dry Martini and Gin & Tonic.
