It is made from Jamaican rum, cane sugar, herbs, and pimento berries. The spice pimento is known to us as allspice. English explorers coined the term allspice because the berries embodied the flavors of cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, and clove all at once.
This is a very aromatic liqueur that is primarily used in cocktails. The liqueur contains no added colorings, preservatives, gluten, allergens, and is suitable for vegans.
