Piccini Solco Toscana IGT Leggero Appassite is a charming red Italian wine made from 50% Sangiovese, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Syrah. The wine region is Tuscany, Italy (altitude 200-300 m above sea level).

The grapes undergo a light drying technique that reduces the water content in the grapes. Dehydration increases the sugar content in the grapes. After fermentation, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks and then ages in the bottle.

It pairs perfectly with red meat, game, cheeses, and roasts. We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 °C.
