Delicious Italian wine Piccini Costa Toscana Vermentino, from the Tuscany region. A dry white wine made from the fresh and moderately aromatic variety Vermentino. Protected designation of origin IGT Costa Toscana.
The grapes are harvested in the last days of August, during the early morning hours. This is essential to protect the delicate floral aroma of the Vermentino variety. After the crushing and destemming processes, fermentation follows, along with a three-month refinement on the lees using the batonnage technique.
Color: golden with green reflections
Aroma: floral with interesting notes of aromatic herbs
Taste: mineral character with a slightly salty finish
