Description
Piccini Collezione Oro Chianti Riserva DOCG is a Tuscan red wine made from grapes of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet, from the Chianti Riserva DOCG wine region, Tuscany, Italy. The wine aged for 9 months, with 30% of the blend aged in barriques and 70% in oak barrels. It was then allowed to rest in the bottle for several more months before being released for sale.
Passion, tradition, and know-how are the key ingredients that the Piccini winery brand uses to produce its wines at a high artistic level. The Piccini wine collection “Collezione Oro” (translated as golden collection) includes only wines of extraordinary quality and perfect balance from modern Tuscany.
The wine is an ideal choice for steaks and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18 ˚C.
