Gin Hendrick’s Sunspell was inspired by the beautiful sunsets over the west coast of Scotland, specifically the place Ailsa Craig – a scene that captivated Master Distiller Lesley Gracie.

It is produced at the iconic Hendrick’s Palace distillery in Girvan and combines traditional technology – distillation in Carter‑Head and Bennett pot stills – resulting in a uniquely balanced flavor complexity.

Sunspell offers vibrant citrus notes with a subtly earthy spiciness and an elegant undertone of rose and fresh cucumber, which is characteristic of the Hendrick’s brand. The result is a refreshing yet warming gin with a deep, gradually unfolding flavor – perfect for evening moments.

Hendrick’s, a brand founded in 1999 under the spiritual guidance of Lesley Gracie, became famous for its unconventional approach to gin – using rose and cucumber. Sunspell is part of the limited edition series “Cabinet of Curiosities,” which has progressed from Amazonia, Orbium to the current Sunspell from 2024.
