Aberfeldy 12-Year-old is a Scottish single malt whisky from the Highland region. It matures in a combination of sherry, bourbon, re-fill, and re-charred casks, giving it exceptional complexity and depth of flavor. During the aging process, nearly a third of the liquid evaporates into the air, a phenomenon known as the "Angel’s Share."
