Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is a Scottish single malt whisky from the Highland region. It matures in a combination of sherry, bourbon, and re-charred casks, which gives it exceptional complexity and depth of flavors. During the aging process, nearly a third of the liquid is lost to the air, a phenomenon known as "The Angel's Share."
It stands out with a delicate honey sweetness and rich notes of fruit, spices, and vanilla with a subtle hint of smoke.
