Caledonian Edradour is a special edition selected by composer Douglas MacLean and named after his famous song Caledonia. Barrel of Oloroso sherry, distilled in 1997.
Aroma: Sweet, creamy, honey, with tones of Manuka honey, with hints of dried figs and dates, fine sherry and oak.
Taste: Full and rich with tones of berries, honey and butter on wheat malt toast. More sherry, caramel and baked almonds.
Finish: Spicy, dry, with cocoa powder.
