Herradura Reposado
The original Reposado! Tequila Herradura Reposado was introduced to the world in 1974 and since then has set a standard that has been followed ever since.
It is aged for 11 months in tan American oak barrels, which is longer than industry standards.
It has a rich amber colour with notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter. The extra time spent in charred American white oak barrels creates a smooth, sweet finish with subtle spice flavors.
The world's first Reposado tequila - perfectly aged. It has collected many awards - 49, including 21 gold medals (since 2006).
Casa Herradura was founded in 1870 and since the 19th century has been one of the most famous tequila producers in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico. Within its walls, some of the finest tequilas ever tasted are produced and bottled. It was here that the first reposado and extra añejo were invented, changing the world of tequila forever.
The bottles are filled at 40 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
