Classic Mexican tequila Reposado. It is produced only from the tops of the blue weber agave plant. Most tequila contains only 20% of the top and 80% of the whole plant. Agave is harvested in the Altos de Jalisco region, which is the best for this plant. The soil is well aerated with a high proportion of iron. Agave is harvested from 6 to 10 year old plants. He then rests for some time in 200-liter American white oak barrels.
Harvesting, baking in stone ovens, juice extraction, fermentation with its own yeast, distillation and aging are strictly controlled and are carried out in the traditional way.
