Description
Classic "white" Mexican tequila. It is made only from the tops of the blue weber agave plant. Most tequilas contain only 20% tops and 80% of the whole plant. Agave is harvested in the Altos de Jalisco region, which is the best for this plant. The soil is well-drained with a high iron content. Agave is harvested from 6 to 10-year-old plants.
Harvesting, baking in stone ovens, juice extraction, fermentation with natural yeasts, distillation, and aging are strictly controlled and carried out in a traditional manner.
