Classic "white" Mexican tequila. It is produced only from the tops of the blue weber agave plant. Most tequila contains only 20% of the top and 80% of the whole plant. Agave is harvested in the Altos de Jalisco region, which is the best for this plant. The soil is well aerated with a high proportion of iron. Agave is harvested from 6 to 10 year old plants.
Harvesting, baking in stone ovens, juice extraction, fermentation with its own yeast, distillation and aging are strictly controlled and are carried out in the traditional way.
Aroma: earthy, strong with an excellent expression, tones of tobacco and moist plant
